Niche Farming Is The New Frontier For Getting Back To The BasicsThe time has come for us to get back to the basics of farming. Think back when our food was fresh and oh so healthy. Now we don't know what we are eating with all of the chemicals that are being fed to the animals.
My name is Laura Whitfield and I'm about that Ag Life. I am a niche farming specialist. I've been farming for many years. I'm an educator and I use agriculture to show our youth what life is like on a farm and you would be surprised how many of them love the concept of farming and the animals that we are raising. |
Technology has changed the way we farm today. Long gone are the days where you had to do everything by hand or horse. Computers have made the farming and agriculture a lot easier to manage and maintain, but there is just one problem. A lot of people don't know about this technology and don't see farming as a viable option to make a living and I'm on a mission to change that.

Niche Farming is really a technical term for having a very small farm that is only allowed to produces a certain amount of products and goods according the Department Of Agriculture. I'm in the state of Alabama and I follow their guidelines. These guidelines may vary depending on your state.
Over the years of Niche Farming I've become an expert in this space and now I teach others how to start niche farms and how to take care of the animals. We are going back to the basics, but with a twist. |

Let Your Little Ones Learn All About Farm AnimalsStarting in the summer of 2019 The Ag Life Farm will be open to the public. We will be giving tours to children and families around the farm to introduce them to the Ag Life. We will also show the children how we breed our animals so that they will have first hand knowledge on that process as well. My youngest son learned this process when he was 10 years old and just having this knowledge has meant the world to him now that he is a young man in college.
